Form of Payment: Personal Checks, Money Order, Cash, MasterCard, Visa, , or Discover are acceptable.

Cancellation and Refund: Full refund will be made provided we receive notice 14 days prior to the tours departure for most tours. For tours which include air, a full refund will be made up to 61 days before departure as indicated. Cancellations or changes made within 60 days of departure may be subject to charges assessed by the airlines and/or tour suppliers. Refunds are at the discretion of Riley’s Tours based on non-recoverable expenses and other factors. If you are sharing a room and your partner cancels or leaves the tour en route, you will be required to pay the difference between the double and single accommodation tour cost. Cancellation and Interruption Insurance is available and is recommended for all tours that include airfare.

Trip Cancellation Insurance: Riley’s Tours has trip cancellation insurance available for every tour. This coverage can protect you from non-refundable charges and any additional expenses if a illness or an accident prevent you or your partner from going on the tour or leaving while the tour is in progress. Keeping in mind that the insurance applies to “covered” reasons only in case of cancellation. You may purchase this insurance from Riley’s Tours.

Proof of Citizenship: When traveling on a tour that leaves the United States, you will be required to have a valid passport or a birth certificate (certified or the original). On tours which go abroad, you will be required to have a valid passport.

Single Travelers: Riley’s Tours welcomes single travelers. We will try to assist in arranging a roommate for any person wishing to share accommodations at the double rate. Should a share arrangement not be available, the single price will apply.

Triple and Quad: These accommodations are usually in rooms with two double beds. A roll-away bed or cot is subject to availability on a request basis only and at an extra cost.
